It’s that time of year again, not talking Christmas. Talking about the one night a year to dress up and be someone else for a night and hit the town for some freaky and crazy parties. That day being October 31st and it is fast approaching! We all have the same issue when it comes to Halloween; what to wear?

It’s not an easy task by far so here are a few steps to help you out:

  1. Check the Closet.

Before considering to go out and buy a costume take a tour through your own closet and see what’s in there. There might be something you could whip together and make an awesome costume. COST FREE. If you are not successful at finding something then that’s when number two comes in.

  1. Plan it out.

What exactly do you want to dress up as? There are many options to chose from; superhero, villain, animal, and so many more. But there’s the other decision on how you want to dress up. Do you want to be comfortable or do you want to ditch comfort and go for sexy? Once you’ve got that sorted out then it’s time for the fun part!

  1. The hunt is on.

This has to be the best part of finding a costume. Shopping! You might have an idea in mind but there’s so many costumes that suddenly puts your inner desire to shop ’til you freaking drop into overdrive. Say goodbye to sexy-but-cute black cat, and say hello to a million other options! What do to what to do.

  1. Accessory time!

Finding a costume is always fun but the last thing is finding the perfect accessories to make that costume more perfect! Look at makeups, earrings, hats, gloves and of course, the shoes! Now you’ve got your costume and all the things to go with it. You know that means. SUCCESS!

  1. Party hard!

You did it! Don’t even think about the fact that you’ll have to do it all over again next year. You’re already coming up with Instagram captions in your head for the all the adorable pictures to be taken in your fabulous Halloween future. Time to let loose and have a freaky and spooktacular night.

Happy Halloween!
