Toronto Pearson International Airport reported a security issue over a customs breach on Wednesday evening, but said soon after that it was resolved.

The airport tweeted shortly before 5 p.m. that the breach was “identified in Terminal 3″ in the United States departure area, saying that the U.S. border protection agency would be ” reprocessing departing passengers” to ensure that all is secure for departing flights.

Some 15 minutes later, the Toronto Pearson official Twitter account responded to an inquiry and stated the issue was “resolved and all is back to normal”.

Soon after that it was confirmed in a tweet saying the airport is working to “resume normal operations.”

Toronto Pearson encouraged passengers to read about the status of any flight on their website.

No further details have since been released by the airport or authorities.
