Drake’s new restaurant, Pick6ix, just opened and is taking reservations! Montreal-based chef and part-owner, Antonio Park, says the menu will be “celebrating diversity”, with items such as “open-face gyoza”, something like Argentinian empanadas, and “lobster spaghetti à la Montréal,” a dish of butter-poached lobster over veal-beef bolognese and topped with Grana Padano cheese.
The restaurant has 178 seats and a patio fitting 100 more, there will also be a wall of champagne and serve cocktails by Montreal barman Lawrence Picard. Park says he wants to keep prices affordable at around $50 per person.
