A large suicide blast rocked eastern Kabul on Friday injuring at least four, according to multiple reports from Afghanistan.
Police commander Bismillah Tabaan confirmed the cause was a suicide to Reuters news agency, and Al Jazeera cited a spokesperson as saying the explosion took place near a vehicle belonging to foreign workers.
The attack comes just two days after President Ashraf Ghani had offered peace talks to the Taliban, reported NDTV.
In January, an ambulance packed with explosives blasted the city centre, killing some 100 people.
The Taliban has claimed responsibility or been accused of carrying out several major attacks in recent months.
