Nnamdi Ogba was fatally shot in the back as he walked to his car in an Etobicoke suburb on Friday. 

Emergency services confirmed the 26-year-old man dead upon arrival, following reports of shots fired in the area.

Witnesses told Toronto Police they saw two suspects running north behind a building at 58 Waterton Road, reported CP24.

Yellow police tape cordoned off a large part of the street as forensics officers gathered evidence at the scene on Saturday morning.

The incident occurred on Scarlettwood Court, near Scarlett Road and Lawrence Avenue West around 11:10 p.m., resulting in several 911 calls.
