Farley initiated the divorce two weeks ago in New Jersey for “irreconcilable differences”. Although sources say the relationship has been rocky for the past six months, ex-husband Roger Mathews is not ready to give up.

Confirming their breakup in an Instagram video on Thursday night, Mathews stated that’s he’s not done fighting. “I’m gonna win my wife back. I’m gonna win her affection back, I’m gonna win her love back. I have no intention of being a single dad. We’re in counselling so there is hope. It ain’t over till the fat lady sings.”

Mathews also confirmed that there was no cheating or any “juicy details” to be told. “She just grew tired of the repetitive pattern that we fell into…”

The documents detail Farley’s request for “primary residential custody” of their two children Meilani Alexandra Mathews, 4, and Greyson “Bubby” Valor Mathews, 2. She has also requested for Mathews to pay child support, health insurance, and other health care expenses.

Farley and Mathews were featured together on MTV’s hit reality show “Jersey Shore” in 2011 and tied the knot in 2015 after the show ended. They were married for three years.

Their fans were able to follow the couple and their children through an online reality series called “Jenni and Roger: Domesticated” which aired after Jersey Shore had ended.

Like Ronnie always says “Never fall in love at the Jersey Shore.”
