The Toronto Raptors are 6-0 for the first time ever after winning against the Dallas Mavericks 116-109, on Friday night at Scotiabank Arena.
It took a total team effort from Toronto who were without OG Anunoby, Fred VanVleet, and Delon Wright. Kawhi Leonard scored 21 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Kyle Lowry scored 20 points and provided 12 assists. Danny Green had 15 points, Jonas Valanciunas scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds in 22 minutes. Lorenzo Brown and C.J. Miles combined for 19 points off the bench.
Mavs rookie Luka Dončić looked impressive on the night as he scored 22 points, Wesley Matthews scored 21. New acquisition DeAndre Jordan scored 18 points and grabbed 15 rebounds.
The Raptors will look to continue their undefeated run as they go on the road to face the Milwaukee Bucks at the new Fiserv Forum. Tip-off is set for 8 p.m.
