DC Young Fly, Chico Bean, Justina Valentine, and Conceited will be hosting “an interactive show full of laughs, beats and bars” at the North Campus Student Centre in an event only open to students.

MTV’s Wild ‘N Out is a long-running sketch comedy and improv show focused around hip hop that was started in 2005, but had a six-year hiatus, before returning in 2016.

Season 12 starting airing 30-minute episodes on Aug. 17 and Season 13 just wrapped up filming for a 2019 release on Nov. 11, with notable cast and guests for both seasons including Chance the Rapper, RiceGum, Akon, ASAP Ferg, Wiz Khalifa and others.

IGNITE released a post on their website encouraging students to attend, promoting the improv, freestyle battles and the millennial-focused, interactive entertainment of Wild ‘N Out.

A free shuttle bus service is available for Lakeshore Campus students and it leaves L Building at 6:45 p.m., only returning once the show’s over.

The show starts at 8:30 p.m. in the Student Centre, but there is limited seating available, with a first-come, first-serve basis for snagging a seat.

The Avro Post has reached out to request the cost to IGNITE for hosting the event.
