The Film and Television Program at Humber College is turning 50-years-old, and to celebrate there will be an event for alumni and faculty in February 2019.

Purchase Tickets: Humber.ca

On Feb. 8 at The Spoke Club, graduates and current staff are invited to “celebrate with us and relive memories in honour of the program’s milestone birthday”, the event page says.

Early bird tickets bought before Jan. 18 are priced at $35 and regular tickets are $50, with proceeds for the event going towards providing “scholarship support to deserving students” enrolled in the film and TV program.

Purchased tickets unlock 7 p.m. “admission to The Spoke Club, one drink ticket, complimentary hors d’oeuvres, entertainment and access to a special screening”.

Humber will “screen a compilation of student and alumni work from across the history of the program” during the evening, and interested parties can submit clips of film projects or behind-the-scenes media.
