The Toronto Raptors are moving onto the Eastern Conference semifinals after beating the Orlando Magic 115-96.

This was the first time in franchise history that the Raptors won a playoff series 4-1.

Everyone who was dressed for Toronto got minutes in this game. Kawhi Leonard had a solid night with 27 points on 8-11 shooting, went 5-5 from three, and also had seven rebounds. Pascal Siakam scored 24, including three three-pointers along with six rebounds. Kyle Lowry scored 14 points on 6-10 shooting and provided nine assists.

Marc Gasol had nine points and nine rebounds in 24 minutes, Norman Powell and Serge Ibaka scored 11 and 10 points respectively. Fred VanVleet had seven points and 10 assists.

D.J. Augustin led Orlando scorers with 15 points. Wes Iwundu and Terrence Ross both had 12 points off the bench. Aaron Gordon had 11 points and seven rebounds, while Nikola Vučević was held to six points in 17 minutes due to early foul trouble.

Evan Fournier had 10, and Montreal native Khem Birch had nine points and 11 rebounds.

Toronto got off to a hot start as Kyle Lowry had the team’s first nine points.

The Raptors are known for not getting calls their way, but Kawhi Leonard is a gritty player that does whatever he can so his team can score on every possession.

Norman Powell has produced highlight-reel dunks in previous postseasons, and he made sure he had an impact in this series.

The Raptors averaged 44.6 rebounds in this series, and should maintain or improve that amount in the next round against the Philadelphia 76ers who are a lengthy team.

Game 1 is on Saturday night at Scotiabank Arena. Tip-off time is TBD.
